Joseph Harding, Director
After short careers in Fashion and Theater, Joseph Harding landed in the world of Temporary, Outsourcing, and Supplemental Staffing. Now, with over 25 years of experience he has combined his passion for the arts with the practical realities needed for staffing major events at the Javits Center and other prestigious venues. He has supported restaurants and catering ballrooms with both front and back of house staff, coordinated security, and registration staff at major fashion shows in NYC. Joseph volunteers as a guest lecturer for Project Springboard at the American Theatre Wing and at The LGBTQ Community Center. In addition, he works closely with the Project Shaw, the Young Patrons of the Metropolitan Opera, the Apollo Circle at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and the Frick Collection. His passion for knowledge and the arts started while studying Medieval History at Fordham University, where he holds his degree.

James Coppola, Director
With a deep-rooted family history in the restaurant industry, James Coppola brings a unique blend of experience and passion to our team. His grandfather, an Italian immigrant who arrived in the US in 1895, laid the foundation for the family’s culinary legacy by opening the first of their many restaurants. James has honed his expertise through years of hands-on experience, having managed the front-of-house operations for two restaurants and successfully owned and operated his own establishment. This multifaceted background allows him to understand the intricate challenges and opportunities within the hospitality sector.
